In this workshop we will work with you on the basics and principles of hand-on-hand acrobatics. Starting with a lying base, we will look at the details of foot-on-hand and hand-on-hand positions. While standing, we will learn the principles of dynamic movements that can later lead to throwing figures. We will mainly work as a duo, but we will also work as a group or in small groups and trios for assistance and exercises. If you are interested, we will also go into the basics of banquine. Come as a duo or alone.
