Compagnie EllementArts: Dancing Water Drops

Compagnie EllementArts

"Dancing Water Drops" combines contemporary aerial artistry, dance, and live music in a poetic performance that explores climate change and the precious resource of water. The five artists of the Swiss company EllementArts create a magical, acrobatic water world: an acrobat appears to float effortlessly above the water’s surface, while a harpist drifts gracefully through the air. Immerse yourself in the moving journey of the dancing water drops through the cycle of life.

About the Company

The EllementArts company is an interdisciplinary contemporary collective focusing on aerial arts, dance, movement theater, and (live) music. Young stage artists from Switzerland have come together with the aim of creating sustainable, nature-inspired stage art that combines various art forms nationally and internationally. The collective pays particular attention to the very central and omnipresent element of water. Water offers almost limitless possibilities: it possesses an irrepressible strength and at the same time reveals itself in an incomparable gentleness.
