Four String Company: WURZELN

Home!?

What does that mean, and what does it actually signify? And do the two protagonists in Germany want to address this issue? In a juxtaposition and interweaving of echo loops, acrobaticchoreography, personal memories, and talking vegetables, two performers attempt to get to the bottom of this question. In search of their own roots, they experience moments of shame, grief, and anger, but also humor, irony, and longing. The play does not provide answers. It wants to raise questions. For a tolerant culture of diversity.
