After the format was a resounding success last year, the Young Talent Gala will once again be part of ZEIT FÜR ZIRKUS in 2025! Young artists from the Ruhr region will perform self-choreographed acts in various artistic disciplines, providing insight into artistic development processes. The young talents will be supported by aerial artists Sabrina Püschel on the flying pole and Anastasia Papavasileiou on the aerial hoop. The question ‘How do you perceive Circus?’ and the search for individual performative expression will be just as visible here as the experimental artistic work itself. In the subsequent audience discussion, there will be an opportunity to talk to the artists. Admission at 6 p.m., café open. Show starts at 7 p.m. Duration approx. 60 minutes, followed by an audience discussion in the FHH Café

About the Location
The Fritz-Henßler-Haus | Haus der Jugend (FHH) is the largest centre for youth culture, education and social interaction in Dortmund. For decades, this central facility run by the youth welfare office (Jugendamt Dortmund) has been offering a diverse programme that spans generations. The Fritzantino children's and youth circus was founded here in 1977 and has been an integral part of children's and youth cultural work in Dortmund ever since. It is one of the oldest circuses of its kind in Germany. The FHH pursues an inclusive, participatory and cross-disciplinary approach. The Fritz-Henßler-Haus has been a listed building since 1998.
