Mago Del Tiempo: ZEROs PLAN – Auf der Suche nach Ordnung im Chaos
Long before our time, millions and millions of objects suddenly appear out of nowhere, hovering, colliding and spinning to the beat of chaos. Spheres, soap bubbles or perhaps planets? For order and harmony to emerge, someone has to take the time to bring into order chaos. And that someone is Zero, who will tell the audience his own version of the creation of the universe in this story through circus, theater, juggling and music.

About the Location

The KKT (Kölner Künstler:innen Theater), founded in 1995 by Georg zum Kley, is run by Dr. Ruth zum Kley and Georg zum Kley with the help of the whole team. It sees itself as a theater of diversity and wants to welcome everyone, with a focus on young people and families. As an independent ensemble, it has always worked across genres, including drama and puppet theater. Since 2013, it has been located in new, barrier-free premises with a hall for up to 150 spectators. Approximately 180 to 200 events take place here, including guest performances. The KKT also has a comprehensive workshop area. Here, the trainers work primarily with young people who are disadvantaged in multiple ways. The theater has been supported by the City of Cologne for over 20 years through conceptual funding. Project-related funding at the state and federal level, as well as from private sponsors, also enables artistic and educational professional work. Diversity awareness, openness, and appreciation have been practiced from the very beginning and are realized in different ways in all areas. Art and education are considered together at the KKT, and attention is paid to accessibility, low-threshold access, and affordable prices.
