Sand-filled balls and perforated zinc vessels float, roll, and rotate. They trace movements, leave fleeting traces, and form ephemeral landscapes. Sand becomes the central material and metaphor: it stores time, makes change visible, and opens up spaces for association between memory, transience, and balance. In the freely accessible live installation RAUM.ZEIT, Tobias Piero Dohm combines performative composition, spatial intervention, and material research with installation, object manipulation, and dance—accompanied by a live sound design composed by Fabian Laute.

About the Company
Tobias Piero Dohm (performance) and Fabian Laute (music) work at the intersection of juggling and dance, object installation, and experimental live music. Their artistic work combines a symbiotic interplay of movement, object manipulation, stage design, and the soundscapes of modular synthesizers to create an atmospheric, visual, and acoustic experience.
About the Location
In Dresden's oldest theater, we present contemporary performing arts: drama, performance, dance, new circus, and puppet theater, as well as concerts, readings, and productions that invent their own genres. We are a production house for the independent performing arts and see ourselves as accomplices to the artists we support in developing and presenting their projects. With our theater program, festivals, event series, guest performances, and discussion formats, we present a broad spectrum of artistic styles. Regional, national, and international artists meet theater enthusiasts from Dresden, neighbors, and travelers.
