I'm going up the wall is flying theatre. From the toast that falls on the freshly smeared page to midlife-, coming of age-, identity-, relationship-, refugee-, world — we all have a crisis from time to time.
They are as personal as they are global, spatial as they are emotional. They arise at borders. Where we can practice understanding. I'm going up the wall is therefore also about borders, understanding and tolerance. Between generations and people, between laughter and tears.
About the Company
ANGELS Aerials is Cologne's only theatre that can fly. It tells stories that cannot be told otherwise. Because in air the horizontal and the vertical are reversed. So they fool the eye until literally everything is upside down. Except for the crisis?
